This vision led them to dominate the field. Even though Gregory James Aziz recently stepped down, he continues to serve at the new CEOs pleasure as the chairman of the board.
Gregory James Aziz learned most of his business practices during his time attending Western University. The professors highly favored him and took him aside to mentor him so that he could become the best businessman possible.

Gregory James Aziz recently spoke at the Centennial celebration of National Steel Car. During that celebration, he unveiled their new railcar that would make other companies go bankrupt. This railcar could travel further and faster while producing 90% less carbon emissions. It also could do this while consuming 50% less water. Many companies buy their rail cars including among others Dow Chemicals, Waste Management, Inc., Canadian Pacific Railway, CSX, and Union Pacific.
Gregory James Aziz gave credit to National Steel Car for creating such an excellent and innovative product. He thanked the engineers for challenging their minds to think outside the box and reduce these emissions. He thanked the workforce for finding ways to put it together easier. He thanked the executive team for surveying customers so that they knew exactly what needed to be created. Lastly, he thanked the customers for their honesty and openness because this led National Steel Car to be able to create the exact kind of railcar that their customers needed to turn a profit.
